Meg grew up in seaside communities in Massachusetts. Her parents and grandparents were involved in real estate…it must be in the genes! Meg has worked in real estate for over 35 years, starting her career at a boutique real estate sales company right out of college. While still in New York she opened a property management company in Greenwich Village that specialized in buildings in need of significant exterior repairs. She and her partner moved to Provincetown in 2001 and created a development business, buying, renovating/restoring and selling properties. They also owned an antique shop.

In 2010 Meg began focusing solely on residential real estate sales and rentals, ultimately opening Blue Bay Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm specializing in working with buyers and sellers in Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet. Meg believes real estate sells itself and what clients need is the right agent to find the perfect match. Meg is that agent!

For Meg, living in Provincetown is about “the sun, the moon and the stars.” She is an avid supporter of the arts community, especially Provincetown Arts Society, and 20 Summers. She is currently a member of the Provincetown Licensing Board and previously served on the Historic District Commission.
