Rooted in values that come from our founding on the frontlines of the response to HIV/AIDS in the 1980s, ASGCC delivers a range of services for people living with HIV, including medical case management, transportation, housing assistance, and food & nutrition services. Through community outreach, testing and prevention services, we work tirelessly to prevent the spread of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. We also provide harm reduction services to support those in our community who use substances. ASGCC has service sites in Provincetown, Hyannis, Falmouth, and Vineyard Haven, as well as two Mobile Outreach Vans.
In Provincetown, our Drop-in Center at 148a Commercial Street (508-487-8311) provides walk-in and appointment-based testing for HIV/Hep-C/STIs, syringe services, NARCAN access, PrEP navigation, and community referrals. All services are free and confidential, and we’re open year-round. Come see us. Everyone’s welcome.
