In 2016 Spindler’s Provincetown was opened in consultation with James Beard award-winning chef Barbara Lynch and her team. The proper cocktail program at Spindler’s was curated by Ezra Star, general manager and head mixologist of famed Boston cocktail bar, Drink. 

By popular demand we have transitioned Spindler’s to serve Sabores de Mexico, a modern authentic Mexican cuisine full of flavor. Chef Eduardo “Papi” Rios presents “Sabores De Mexico”! Modern Mexican cuisine using the freshest of ingredients. Also featuring an entirely new craft cocktail menu focused on fine tequila and mezcal offerings!
